The first of three sagas in The Zodiacs cycle, The Zodiacs: Prepare for Peace, takes us to a quiet town on the sea where the mutable Signs have come to heal. But the town is beset by a strange drought, and the shape-shifting Signs are left to wrangle the city and its people up to a higher timeline. Book/screenplay, Zodoku spin-off game, and now the first part in the form of a short film!

Four lives intertwine. They discover their power to summon ancient energies, and transmute tragedy, whenever they become… the Zodiacs. Wouldn’t you know, the portal to salvation is hidden in plain sight. In the struggle to come, the Zodiacs disown degradation and reclaim what is sacred.

Storylines woven into a fateful climax…

Now that peace has returned, a traveling trader sets about re-opening trade. The last thing a Sagittarius expects to meet in this dried-out land is a girl running from murders and suicides―a Libra―who has been betrayed by her own family.

A washed-up Gemini is full of regret after having too much fun. He goes back in time to an Orthodox monastery to guard his former self and their reckless twin. How can he break the cycle of degeneracy and save a brother who lives each day as if it is his first?

If a Virgo’s art can turn around the lives of troubled teens… does that mean she can bring the Vestal Virgins’ manifesting power to bear upon the doomful drought?

And Pisces shows he’s more than just a celestial neighborhood… ―but enough clues for now! You’ll delve into that mystery to your own satisfaction. Let’s just say, the Zodiacs are longing for a much-needed rain. Piecing together the mutable signs will keep the whole fam guessing until the final eudemonia.
